Lessons can be payed in advance or on the day.

From 4 years up to 6 years, the sessions are fun and allow your child to adapt to an aquatic environment, to discover, to recognise it, to learn to immerse themselves and enhance their ease in the water and build their confidence. Discovery and Learning of safety positions to return alone to the edge of the pool. (They will learn to become autonomous, that is to say, "I fell in the water and I'm able to swim to the side on my own.")

Introduction: Getting to know and discovering the feeling of floating and well-being in the water. Discover the horizontal position, breathing and movement. Learning: Discover a swimming technique or learn a new one (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Freestyle) depending on the age and physical characteristics of everyone.
Development: Improving your child's technique, and their ability to swim for longer...

AQUAPHOBIA

The objective is to remove apprehensions of aquatic environments to learn to swim in the best conditions possible. The sessions are organised into small groups with a personalised approach.

Fear of water or aquaphobia is not insurmountable, it is a phenomenon that affects many people.

I evolve in the water with you so you can be totally confident, adapting to different situations, while moving towards a horizontal position ... by learning to breathe in the water, to lie down, and to accept the contact of the water with your face ...

The goal is to find pleasure in going in the water while slowly moving towards learning to swim or a swimming technique

LEARNING

Provides students with the first trips in great depth.

AQUAFITNESS (45min)

Tonic water gymnastics that emphasises strength training of the whole body, and a cardiovascular workout sessions all while listening to rhythmic music.

Prices

Price based on one 1h adult private lesson.

Monitoring and programming sessions to prepare the swimmer for rescue exercises (Removals, technical towing, etc) ... by a personalised training according to the physical capabilities of the student. The number of sessions will need to be defined according to the difficulties encountered during the teaching process.

For a birthday, or an evening I can provide my lifeguard skills to your guests, your children can use the pool ... and enjoy the day to the fullest!
